RESERVE PRICE :-

The property will be sold “as is where is basis” and subject to a reserve price of RM6,343,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA : SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY THREE THOUSAND ONLY) and to the Conditions of Sale as printed in the Proclamation of Sale. All intending bidders are required to deposit 10% of the fixed reserve price for the said property by Bank Draft only in favour of the HSBC AMANAH MALAYSIA BERHAD before 9.30 a.m. on the day of Auction Sale. Balance of the purchase price shall be paid by the successful bidder within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the sale to HSBC AMANAH MALAYSIA BERHAD.
